U-2 Training
"As a civilian navigator instructor for newly assigned U-2 student pilots, I want to compliment Fugawi for their extraordinary moving map software. Alligator Business
A Louisiana company is the business of alligator farming. They fly over the bayou with a GPS receiver. When they see an alligator nest, they mark the spot with a waypoint on the GPS. Back at the base they download the waypoints to Fugawi and view the positions on a USGS topographic map. Sections of the map are then printed and handed to someone who goes out to the nest and removes some eggs. Here at Fugawi we are wondering: where is the mother alligator during this part of the operation?

Tornado Chasing
An Oklahoma customer is using Fugawi Tracker™ Ver. 4 to track tornados. Two radar-equipped vehicles chase storms under the direction of a mobile base station. The positions of the chase vehicles are broadcast via radio to a mobile base station. The base station operator can observe their position on the map along with the positions of the radar vehicles. Fugawi Tracker allows optimal positioning of the vehicles relative to the storm.
