discloses how Northport helps protect your Personal Information.
By licensing or registering your software you consent to the data

NORTHPORT'S
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As described in greater detail below, we collect and process Personal
Information for three primary reasons: (1) to verify that you are
entitled to support, (2) to notify you in case there is a problem
with the software, 3) to inform you of product enhancements and
new products.
WHAT
INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
When you register a Northport product, you will be asked to provide
certain Personal Information that will be stored in an offline database
at Northport. As described below, the amount of information requested
will include the following information: (1) e-mail address, (2)
first and last name, (3) country or region, (4) state or territory,
(5) ZIP code or postal code, (6) telephone number, (6) place of
purchase (7) product purchased and (7) the Northport product license
number.
HOW
NORTHPORT WILL NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - NORTHPORT'S USE
OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Northport will not sell or rent your Personal Information to third
parties. Northport will not use or share your Personal Information
in a manner that differs from what is described in this Privacy
Statement without your prior consent.
HOW
NORTHPORT USES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Northport will occasionally send you information on upgrades and
new products. You will also be notified if there is a safety issue
with the product that you have licensed. If you do not want to receive
information on new products, please notify us by sending and email
to privacy@fugawi.com.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only
share the personal data you provide with Northport entities and/or
business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described
above. Northport entities and/or suppliers are governed by our privacy
and confidentiality policies with respect to the use of this data
and may be bound by other data protection statutes and regulations.
In the event of a sale of the assets of the Company, Northport will
transfer all Personal Information in its control to a third party
purchaser agreeing to use Personal Information for the same reasons
identified in this Privacy Policy. There are circumstances where
the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information may be justified
or permitted or where Northport is obliged to disclose information
without consent. Such circumstances may include: Where required
by law or by order of a court, administrative agency or other governmental
tribunal; Where Northport believes, upon reasonable grounds, that
it is necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property
of an identifiable person or group, including the personal safety
of users of Northport products; Where it is alleged that the person
concerned is: guilty of a criminal offence; civilly liable in a
legal action; or guilty of professional misconduct; Where it is
necessary to permit Northport to pursue available remedies or limit
any damages that it may sustain; and Where the information is public.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can always add, update, or make other changes to the information
by notifying support@fugawi.com
of changes.

AND STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Northport is committed to protecting the security of your Personal
Information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures
to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access,
use, or disclosure. For example, we store the Personal Information
you provide on computer systems with limited access. When you request
to have your information sent to a Northport participating site,
Northport uses industry-standard security technologies to encrypt
it before transmission over the Internet.
Personal information
collected by Northport may be stored and processed in Canada or
any other country in which Northport or its affiliates, subsidiaries,
or agents maintain facilities. By licensing or registering Northport
products, you consent to any such transfer of information outside
of your country.
