latest version of Navionics HotMaps Explorer is 4.5.46.
You can check your version by launching the program and selecting
Help|About from the main menu.

After downloading
this file:
1. Close HotMaps
Explorer if it is open.
2. Apply the
update by double clicking on the file you downloaded.
3. Restart Navionics
HotMaps Explorer.
